Steel frame: 100% recyclable. 25%+ recycled content in new steel. Cladding materials selected for recyclability. Insulation: mineral wool or recycled content. Bolted — not welded — construction enables disassembly and reuse.
Design for disassembly
Every EcoHab can be relocated, disassembled, and components reused. Designed for a 25+ year lifespan. End-of-life is designed in, not bolted on.
Construction carbon
Factory build eliminates weather delays and on-site waste. Manufacturing waste diversion from landfill: 90% (2026 baseline). Embodied carbon baseline to be published Q2 2026.
